Kathleen de Silva

As the Director of Marketing & Communications, Kathleen is responsible for the development and execution of the firm’s marketing and advertising strategies and is the steward of the firm’s brand and image. She manages all earned, owned, and paid marketing initiatives including public relations, events, marketing materials, and website. Kathleen is the primary point of contact for all external marketing agencies and vendors.   

Kathleen resides in Windham with her husband, two children, and three pets.  She is an endurance athlete and enjoys long-distance running and Nordic skiing as well as a good gym session. Her dream is to one day run the New York City Marathon.
